• Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars and are subjected to 10% service charge (wherever necessary) and prevailing government taxes.

• Please note that invoices issued and goods collected from 1 January 2024 will be subject to prevailing GST of 9%.

• Once your order has been made, Stuttgart Blackforest Pte Ltd is unable to accommodate any cancellation, change of date or refunds request.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject requests.

• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

• Please read and understand the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with your order.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol within Singapore and on S-Cafe's website. By placing an order on the S-Cafe’s website, you confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. 

• Buying alcohol under the age of 18 is a punishable offence, and penalties will be enforced accordingly by Singapore authorities.

• Delivery has ceased with effect from 31st May 2022. You may choose to arrange your own delivery service but at your own risk and cost. 

 

Self-collection

​

• Self-collection option is applicable to all items in the Online Store.

• Self-collection option is only available at 217 Henderson Road, #01-03 Singapore 159555.

• No food warming service will be provided for bakery self-collection orders at our outlet.

• Self-collection hours for Black Forest Cake, Desserts, Bakery, Wines and Collectibles are strictly from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm and 9am to 2pm on Sunday.

• Self-collection hours for Pork Knuckle are strictly from Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 4pm only.

• No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if the orders are not collected on the requested date.

• All orders are to be self-collected at the selected location, on requested date with printed or soft copy of proof of purchase.

• Orders have to be placed at least 4 days prior to collection, subject to stock availability. This applies to all items in the Online Store.

• Should the customer self arrange an external pick-up service, we will not be responsible for any problems, losses, or damage to the item(s) after it has been picked up.
