Q: Is your Signature Black Forest Cake still available?
A: Yes. You can purchase through our online store via www.scafe.com.sg.


Q: Does the Signature Black Forest Cake contains alcohol? Can I order a non-alcoholic cake?
A: Our cake contains alcohol. The Kirsch enhances the flavour of the cake and we are unable to prepare a non-alcoholic cake.


Q: Can children consume the Signature Black Forest Cake?
A: The cherries which are soaked in Kirsch are at the bottom layer of the cake. It is not recommended that children consume our cakes.


Q: What is the size of the Signature Black Forest Cake? What is the dimension of the box?
A: The cake only comes in one standard size (8 inches) and it cuts up to 10-12 slices. Cake box dimensions are 23cm(L) x 23cm(W) x 13cm(H). The cherries on top of the cake are complimentary and subject to availability. It will be packed separately.


Q: Can I add wordings on the cake?
A: Sure, you can add a simple message e.g. “Happy Birthday, David” or “Have A Good Day!”.

Q: What is the shelf life of the Signature Black Forest Cake?
A: The cake is best eaten on the day of collection but can be kept in fridge for up to 2 days. 


Q: Is delivery/ self-collection available?

A: Self-collection option is applicable to all items in the Online Store. Self-collection timings are strictly from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm and 9am to 2pm on Sunday. Self-collection location: 217 Henderson Road, #01-03 Singapore 159555

 

Delivery service has ceased with effect from 31st May 2022. 


Q: Why can't I place cake order via the Online Store?
A: Each cake is made to order and requires at least 4 days prior to collection. Any order made less than 4 days will not be accepted. Order volumes during peak seasons are generally at an all-time high, kindly refresh the browser and try again. Should you still have problems ordering, do call us at 6336 8675.


Q: What are the online payment options?
A: We accept payments via credit or debit card.


Q: I made a mistake in ordering. Can I get a refund?


A: Since our Signature Black Forest Cake is a perishable item, we do not accept any refunds.

 

Q: 2024 GST Rate Change

A: Please note that invoices issued and goods collected from 1 January 2024 will be subject to prevailing GST of 9%.
