Q: Where is Stuttgart Blackforest Boutique S-Café located now?

Q: Are you serving any food now?
A: No. Our café outlet operations is closed at the moment. For our much loved pork knuckle and other food orders, these will be temporarily unavailable.

Q: Is your Signature Black Forest Cake still available?
A: Yes. You can purchase through our online store via www.scafe.com.sg and have it delivered to you.
 

Q: Does the Signature Black Forest Cake contains alcohol? Can I order a non-alcoholic cake?
A: Our cake contains alcohol. The Kirsch enhances the flavour of the cake and we are unable to prepare a non-alcoholic cake.
 

Q: What is the size and weight of the Signature Black Forest Cake?
A: The cake only comes in one standard size and it cuts up to 10-12 slices. 
The cherries on top of the cake are complimentary and subject to availability. It will be packed separately.
 
Q: Can I add wordings on the cake?
A: Sure, you can add a simple message e.g. “Happy Birthday, David” or “Have A Good Day!”.
 

Q: What is the shelf life of the Signature Black Forest Cake?
A: The cake is best eaten on the day of purchase but can be kept in fridge for up to 2 days. 
 

Q: Can I self-collect the cake?
A: Unfortunately, our café outlet is closed at the moment. Self-collection is temporarily unavailable.

Q:. What are the delivery charges?
A: A delivery fee of $15 is applicable to purchases that are made in a single invoice, to a single address in one trip in Singapore except for Jurong Island and Sentosa. Our delivery timing is between 12pm to 6pm daily.  Do ensure that there is someone at the stated address to receive the cake. 
 

Q: Why can't I place cake order via the Online Store?
A: Each cake is made to order and requires at least 4 days prior to collection. Any order made less than 4 days will not be accepted. Order volumes during peak seasons are generally at an all-time high, kindly refresh the browser and try again. Should you still have problems ordering, do call us at 6336 8675.
 

Q: What are the online payment options?
A: We accept payments via PayPal.
 

Q: I made a mistake in ordering. Can I get a refund?


A: Since our Signature Black Forest Cake is a perishable item, we do not accept any refunds.
